Tissue-preserving breast surgery · Turkey
Designed for women who want a naturally proportioned enhancement, the Preserve Technique places a compatible Motiva implant through a tissue-preserving approach that aims to minimise disruption to the breast and chest muscle.
Plan ahead
A practical planning guide for elective surgery. A shorter timeline can still be appropriate; your surgeon and anaesthesia team’s written instructions always take priority.
Compare qualified surgeons and hospital settings. Share your full medical history, previous operations and goals. If you use nicotine, ask the surgical team when you must stop.
Confirm the procedure, written quotation, aftercare, travel and companion arrangements. Complete requested tests and disclose every medicine, supplement, allergy and contraceptive.
Reconfirm arrival and support arrangements, collect only prescribed items and prepare loose clothing and your recovery space. Never stop a medicine unless your clinical team tells you to.
Follow the hospital’s exact fasting, washing and medication instructions. Pack your ID, reports and regular medicines. Tell the team promptly if you become unwell.
Follow the confirmed arrival and fasting plan. Remove jewellery, make-up or contact lenses if instructed, and do not plan to drive after sedation or anaesthesia.
Do not copy a generic online medication or fasting schedule. Instructions differ by procedure, anaesthetic, medical history and the medicines you take.
01 — Natural movement, considered planning
The Preserve Technique is not a separate implant brand. It is a specialised breast-augmentation system used with compatible Motiva implants. The implant's soft, responsive gel and the anatomy-led pocket design are intended to support a natural-looking contour and a soft, natural feel. The final appearance still depends on your existing tissue, implant selection and healing.
02 — How the procedure is performed
In suitable primary cases, the procedure can be performed under local anaesthesia, often with light sedation. A small incision is placed discreetly in the inframammary fold. Specialised instruments and controlled tissue expansion create the implant pocket without routine pectoral-muscle dissection. The selected Motiva implant is then inserted using a no-touch method and the incision is closed.
Local anaesthesia is not appropriate for everyone. Implant volume, anatomy, anxiety level, medical history and any combined procedure may make general anaesthesia the safer option. The final plan is confirmed by the treating surgeon and anaesthesia team.
03 — Your treatment journey in Turkey
Arrival, face-to-face surgical consultation, measurements, implant selection and required pre-operative checks.
Procedure and postoperative observation. Uncomplicated patients are normally discharged on the same day with written instructions.
Postoperative examination and travel review. Departure is appropriate only after the surgeon confirms that recovery is progressing safely.
A longer stay may be required after combined surgery, unexpected symptoms or when the surgeon considers early travel unsuitable.
04 — Recovery and aftercare
Many patients can walk and manage light daily activities soon after surgery. Tightness, swelling, bruising and tenderness are still expected. Arm extension, heavy lifting and strenuous exercise remain restricted until the surgeon gives clearance. The implants settle and the tissues soften gradually over the following weeks and months.
Changes in sensation, infection, bleeding, capsular contracture, implant movement or rupture and future revision remain possible. Breast implants are not lifetime devices. You will receive implant documentation, aftercare instructions and a contact pathway before leaving Turkey.
Personalised planning
Share your expectations with an Aestheticsbridge coordinator. We will arrange an appropriate clinical assessment and explain the implant, hospital, four-day plan, inclusions and aftercare before you decide.
