Website enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, treatment or concern, preferred contact details and any message or requested call time so our team can respond and coordinate your request. Please do not include medical reports or sensitive health information in the form. Enquiry notifications are sent to our team using our email provider.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we collect aggregated counts of visits, country, broad referral channel, page views, WhatsApp link clicks and successful enquiry form submissions. We use these counts to understand which pages and channels are useful. The country is derived from network location and can be inaccurate; channels can be unknown. We do not store names, contact details, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, search terms or message contents in the analytics table. Our hosting and email providers may process technical data under their own operating and security procedures.

Your preference is stored on this device. If you accept, temporary browser session storage remembers the broad referral channel and entry page so we can group activity; it does not contain an identity. New detailed aggregated analytics are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup occurring when analytics are received. Earlier country and hour totals are retained separately. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not stop you using the website or sending an enquiry.

Patient review submissions

The review form collects a first name, email address, country, treatment category, star rating and written review. The email address is used privately for moderation or to clarify a submission and is not shown to website visitors.

Only the first name, country, treatment category, rating and approved review are published. Reviews remain pending until manually approved. Please do not include diagnoses, medical reports, photographs or other sensitive health information in a review.

Consent and removal

Reviews are submitted for publication with the patient’s consent. A published review can be corrected or removed by contacting info@aestheticsbridge.com. Pending, rejected and published submissions are retained only for moderation, record-keeping and handling removal requests.

Important limits

Published reviews describe individual experiences. Moderation does not independently verify medical outcomes and a review is not medical advice or a guarantee that another patient will have the same result.
