Safety & verification

Trust should be inspectable.

Our standard is designed to show the source, status, date and limits of every important provider claim. A green tick without evidence is not verification.

InformationEvidence sourcePublication rule
Facility authorization Official Turkish Ministry of Health lists Required before listing
Doctor identity License/specialty records and source documents Required before recommendation
Accreditation Issuing body, covered entity and validity date Shown only when current
Experience claims Provider evidence and method Labelled provider-supplied if not independently confirmed
Commercial relationship Contract or referral arrangement Disclosed; does not determine clinical suitability

Status labels

One word is not enough.

Verified at source

Matched to an authoritative register or original document; check date and link are visible.

Provider supplied

Relevant information received from the provider but not independently confirmed.

Not yet verified

Evidence is missing, expired or insufficient. The item is not presented as fact.

Commercial independence

Payment does not become a clinical ranking.

Provider commercial relationships must be disclosed. Shortlists should be based on treatment fit, credential evidence, clinical setting, practical needs and patient preferences. Sponsored visibility, if introduced later, must be labelled and kept separate from suitability.

Official source checks

Start with the regulator, then go deeper.

See something that needs correction?

Provider profiles should offer a visible correction path and retain a dated verification history.
