Editorial policy
Useful information needs visible ownership.
Every medical page should show who wrote it, who reviewed it, which sources support it, when it changed and when it must be reviewed again.
Publication standard
Medical content must separate general education from personalised advice, avoid outcome promises and use primary or authoritative sources where possible. Pages requiring clinical interpretation should not be labelled medically reviewed until a named qualified reviewer has completed that work.
Corrections
Material corrections should be dated. Provider-supplied claims remain labelled until independently verified. Expired credentials and broken evidence links trigger re-review.
Commercial influence
Referral relationships may affect whether a provider can receive a patient enquiry; they must not change factual content, verification status or suitability logic.
